The Las Vegas Raiders continued to get a jump on free agency on Friday — and clearly they are intent on improving their secondary on the open market as NFL Media has reported that safety Ha Ha Clinton-Dix is visiting the Raiders.
Former #Cowboys and #Bears S Ha Ha Clinton-Dix visited the #Raiders today, source said, as Las Vegas continues to look for secondary help prior to free agency.

Earlier this week, the Raiders visited with cornerback A.J. Bouye, who was recently cut by the Denver Broncos but Bouye left Las Vegas without a contract. The Raiders could revisit him later after looking at other cornerback options.
The Raiders had interest in Clinton-Dix last year, but he ended up signing with the Dallas Cowboys. However, he did nor make the roster and he did not play in the NFL in 2020. Therefore Clinton-Dix will likely come cheaply and would probably be a depth piece. He has played in the NFL for six seasons after being a first-round pick of the Green Bay Packers in 2014.
If the Raiders do sign him, they still would probably look for safety help in either free agency or in the draft, which runs April 29-May 1.
