The Las Vegas Raiders will get a 2021 third-round pick from the Arizona Cardinals in a trade for center Rodney Hudson, according to ESPN’s Adam Schefter.
Raiders are trading C Rodney Hudson and 7th-round pick to Arizona for a 3rd-round pick, per sources.

The Raiders will now have the No. 79 and No. 80 overall picks in the third round in the April 29-May 1 draft. (They sent a seventh round pick to Arizona as part of the Hudson deal.)
After news broke on Tuesday that the Raiders were going to release Hudson, a trade market quickly developed. Hudson’s departure is shocking because he is an elite player so many teams showed interest. The Cardinals stepped up and the Raiders get a solid draft pick in return.
Now they have to find a starter with the Arizona pick and hope whoever replaces Hudson (right now the favorite is backup Andre James) plays well.
Still, the Raiders will miss Hudson ... but at least they ended up getting something for him.
