While free agency has slowed down dramatically and the Las Vegas Raiders have done most of their work, they may still add a veteran or two.
Who do you most want the Raiders to sign on the open market?
Here are some options:
Richard Sherman:
He’d be the veteran cornerback presence the Raiders are looking for and yes, he has played under new Las Vegas defensive coordinator Gus Bradley in the past, as have several of the players on this list.
Mitchell Schwartz:
He is a premier right tackle, but he is coming off a major injury and he may retire. If he was healthy, he’d be off the board long ago.
Melvin Ingram:
Many thought he’d sign with the Raiders earlier because of his connection to Bradley, but the Raiders have filled their pass rusher needs elsewhere.
Malik Hooker:
He might not be a perfect fit, but he’s probably the best safety available and he’s turns just 25 on Friday.
Casey Hayward:
Like Sherman, he is a veteran corner who has history with Bradley. He might be cheaper than Sherman.
K.J. Wright:
Another Bradley guy. Linebacker may not be a pressing need, but he’d make the Raiders better.
