There is always a lot of talk about where Derek Carr sits in the NFL quarterback power rankings lists.
Opinions on Carr vary, of course. Recently, Pro Football Focus had former NFL (and Raiders’ quarterback) Bruce Gradkowski rank the starting quarterbacks going into the 2021 season. Carr ranked No. 13.
This weekend, PFF tweeted this out and it got a lot of engagement:

On Gradkowksi’s list, he has Ryan Tannehill of the Tennessee Titans ranked No. 12, Kirk Cousins of the Minnesota Vikings at No. 14 just behind Carr, and Jimmy Garoppolo, who is very likely entering his final season with the San Francisco 49ers, ranked No. 22.
And yes, in case you were wondering — Patrick Mahomes was ranked No. 1, and the old guy who just beat him in the Super Bowl was No. 2.
So, Carr is second on Gradkowski’s list in this group. Where do you think he belongs ... is he better than them all or is he worse?
In my opinion, I think Gradkowski has it right. I’d put behind Tannehill ahead of Cousins and Jimmy G. Take our poll below and express the reason for your vote in the comment section below.
