As they work through the OTA sessions, the Las Vegas Raiders have continued to tinker with the bottom end of their roster.

On Thursday, the Raiders welcomed two players in and ushered two players out.

The Alex Ellis addition was reported on Wednesday. He hasn’t played in the NFL since 2019 and hasn’t caught a pass since 2016. He is a longshot to make the 53-man roster.

Roderic Teamer signed with Gus Bradley and the Los Angeles Chargers as an undrafted free agent in 2019 out of Tulane. He was in the Chargers’ program the past two years and started six games.

He could be someone to watch for a final spot at safety. He was with the Indianapolis Colts briefly this offseason.

The Raiders have given up on former college basketball player Carson Williams, who they signed in April. He was trying to make the NFL after not playing football since the 8th grade. Erik Magnuson had been part of the Raiders’ program since 2019.

The Raiders were at 89 players before making these moves, so they are still are at 89. They are reportedly bringing back right tackle Sam Young. If signed, the Raiders will be at the 90-player limit.
