Ehinger was a fourth-round pick of the Kansas City Chiefs in 2016 out of Cincinnati. He has started six games in five NFL seasons and he could push for a final spot on the 53-man roster. Ehinger, 6’6 and 310 pounds, has also spent time with the Arizona Cardinals, Jacksonville Jaguars, Dallas Cowboys and Baltimore Ravens.
Meanwhile, Gaulden was signed to the Las Vegas practice squad last November and was active for two games in December.
The Raiders are making the decisions to add and cut players while evaluating the roster during voluntary OTAs. The Raiders now have 90 players on the roster, which is the NFL limit. On Thursday, they signed tight end Alex Ellis and safety Roderic Teamer, while they cut guard Erik Magnuson and tight end Carson Williams.
The Raiders reportedly have agreed to re-sign right tackle Sam Young. But they have not announced it and would have to cut a player to fit him in because they are at the 90-player limit.
