Raiders poll: What is Las Vegas’ strongest position?

Is it running back, tight end or quarterback?

NFL: Los Angeles Chargers at Las Vegas Raiders
Darren Waller
Mark J. Rebilas-USA TODAY Sports

On Monday, I ranked the Las Vegas Raiders’ best position groups in this order: running backs, tight end and quarterbacks. All of them are strong groups.

I went with running backs at No. 1 because of the 1-2 punch of starter Josh Jacobs and new backup Kenyan Drake. The Raiders were strong at the position before Drake was signed and now this group is truly dynamic and it is deep.

The tight end group is great because starter Darren Waller is an elite player at the position and backup Foster Moreau is coming into his own. At quarterback, it’s pretty nice to have a quality backup like Marcus Mariota siting behind the very capable Derek Carr.

So, you can’t go wrong by choosing any of these groups as the best position in Las Vegas.

Now, it’s your turn. Please take our poll and express the reasons for your choice in the comment section below.
