The Las Vegas Raiders and the Pittsburgh Steelers both provided among the most exciting moments in the NFL in Week 1.
The Raiders, of course, thrilled a Monday Night Football audience with an incredible 33-27 overtime home victory over the Baltimore Ravens. The final moments of the fourth quarter and the overtime play was incredible. Fans across the NFL are still buzzing over it.
The favored Ravens took a 14-0 lead and the Raiders fought back for a special season-opening win.
The Steelers also had a special victory in Week 1. They trailed the favorited Buffalo Bills 10-0 at halftime on the road. Pittsburgh was awful on offense in the first half and then took over and won a huge game against one of the favorites in the AFC.
So, both the Raiders and Steelers fly into Week 2 with high spirts and even higher expectations. This game game gets close to providing the same toe of fireworks that they did in their Week 1 games, we’re all in for a big treat.
