The Las Vegas Raiders are one of the early stories of the NFL as they have started out 2-0 with two impressive wins over AFC playoff contenders the Baltimore Ravens and the Pittsburgh Steelers.
Now, the attention turns to Week 3 when the Raiders host the Miami Dolphins at 1:05 p.m. PT Sunday at Allegiant Stadium.
Let’s take a quick early look at the Dolphins:
Miami record: The Dolphins, who beat the New England Patriots in Week 1, lost at home 35-0 to the Buffalo Bills in Week 2. They are 1-1.
Last year: The Dolphins won a wild game 26-25 at Allegiant Stadium in Week 16. But these are different Dolphins and Raiders teams.
Tough week: The Dolphins ere embarrassed by Buffalo at home and looked completely outclassed on both sides of the ball. On paper, this game looks like the easiest of the Raiders’ first three games.
QB watch: Miami quarterback Tua Tagovailoa suffered a ribs injury. So, the Raiders may face Jacoby Brissett in this game.
