This is a great opportunity for Jon Gruden’s team to improve to 3-0 and solidify their place in the early AFC playoff race against another conference opponent.
The Dolphins have injuries and are coming off a 35-0 home defeat to the Buffalo Bills. On paper, this game appears to be much easier than the Raiders’ first two games, at home against the Baltimore Ravens in Week 1 and on the road at the Pittsburgh Steelers last week. The Raiders won both of those games as underdogs.
On Sunday, Las Vegas is the betting favorite and barring a let down, this game has the making of a comfortable Raiders’ victory on a day legendary coach Tom Flores gets his Pro Football Hall of Fame ring during a ceremony at halftime.
