We have 20 mil.... just give Hunter and Refrow both a 10 mil signing bonus for this year.
Waller is set to make about 7 mil per year this year and next year. We give him a $10 mil bonus this year and we give him a 2 yr / 32 mil extension with $16 mil guaranteed. That way we can cut him in 2025 with no dead money if need be. The $10 mil bouns + the 7 year he will make per year the next two years comes out to $24 mil total he will make over the next two years which averages out to $12 mil over the next two years almost doubling his current pay. The great thing is the $10 mil bonus we give him now allows us to keep him under his current low contract so it wont affect our cap space next year.
2022- $7 mil plus $10mil bonus
2023- $7 mil
2024- $16 mil
2025- $16 mil
Hunter is set to make $2.5 mil this year. We give him a $10 mil bonus this year which and we give him a 3 yr / 45 mil extension with $30 mil guaranteed. That way we can cut him in 2025 with no dead money if need be. This is a great way to get him money now and lock him in too a good long-term deal.
2022- $2.5 mil plus $10mil bonus
2023- $15 mil
2024- $15 mil
2025- $15 mil
I would also give them some potential performance bonuses up to $2 mil extra per year.
$500,000 bonus = 100 Receptions
$500,000 bonus = 1000 Yds
$500,000 bonus = 10 Touchdowns
$500,000 bonus = Probowl
