Jalen Richard, without a job?

Is Jalen Richard really still a free agent? Or is Wikipedia wrong? I know he had the slightly-more-than-occasional fumble issue, but he averaged 5.0 yards per carry for the Raiders, and his 75-yard first-ever-NFL-carry touchdown run against the Saints in the opening game of 2016, when defeat loomed, was surely one of the most memorable and vital moments of recent Raider history.

I'll always remember the 'pocket rocket' with fondness (if you ever read this stuff, Jalen, here's to you). What do you think? Was he hard done by, or were the spills just too unforgivable in the cut-throat NFL?
