Raiders have released their first unofficial depth chart. Brandon Parker is behind Alex Leatherwood at right tackle. Andrew Billings gets the start with Bilal Nichols at DT with Jonathan Hankins seemingly out of the picture. . Clelin Ferrell is listed as the backup to Chandler Jones. Interesting lineup so far.

Even allowing for the fluidity of the depth chart, I do find it reassuring. I know people see certain players as question marks but I think the coaching staff is tipping their hand somewhat with the progress of the staff in their new schemes. So it is reassuring that Leatherwood makes the first depth chart as a starter. TBH, I'm more reassured by Leatherwood making Carmen Bricillo's lineup as a starter than I would have been with Brandon Parker. Parker's re-signing already meant they saw more in him than I did. I'm just reassured they saw more in Leatherwood. I'm hoping the Brandon Bolden entry is reflective of how they choose to list RB personnel on the depth chart rather than a sign Kenyan Drake is on the outs. And yes it's good to see Cle backing up Jones.
