The Las Vegas Raiders smoked the Los Angeles Chargers 63-21 in a record-setting game. Here is our coverage from this game:
The Chargers are 5-8. Chargers quarterback Justin Herbert has a finger injury that could affect his availability Thursday night.
The Raiders and the Chargers have split the past three seasons series (since the both moved into their beautiful new stadiums).
The games have been close. Six of the seven games have been decided by seven points or less and two of them have gone to overtime which each squad winning one of those games.
Old friend alert:
The Raiders need to keep tabs on Chargers’ pass-rusher Khalil Mack. The former Raiders’ star has six sacks (six!) of Las Vegas quarterback Aidan O’Connell in Week 4.
The Last meeting:
The Chargers beat the Raiders at SoFi Stadium 24-17 in Week 4. The Chargers went out to a 24-7 lead at halftime and the Raiders crept back into the game as Herbert injured his finger and wasn’t as effective as earlier in the game.
