The NFL is continuing a cool and useful program this week its winter league meeting in Dallas as it is hosting its Front Office and General Manager Accelerator Program.

Two members of the Las Vegas Raiders’ front office are participating in the session, which began Monday and is running through Wednesday. Both interim Raiders’ general manager Champ Kelly and director of pro scouting Dwayne Joseph are among the large group of diverse front-office members in the league participating in the program. Here is the full list via a tweet from ESPN:

This is a great program and will be beneficial for teams such as the Raiders’ who will be looking for a general manager this offseason. It is also effective for people such as Kelly whether he is promoted by the Raiders or gets another opportunity elsewhere next month.
