I think Bisaccia had our team trending in the right direction last year. We had come though tribulations including losing our #1 WR to a horrific drunk driving incident of his own doing, and lost our coach due to leaked emails.
When Gruden left, the guys seemed relieved, relaxed, and started playing better football. They rallied around the interim coach, whom they all liked, and our team seemed to look like it was good enough to challenge and beat anyone Enough to get us into the playoffs.
Some sports personalities thought we should have kept Bisaccia, that he was indeed, head coach material.
