As you know I was a Raider Ball Boy in 1968 & 1969 (Greatest 2 Years Ever!) and now I'm staring at 68 on Aug 1st. I want all of you to make it to 68 and some of you may already be there??? Anyway, I love the Raiders don't care one bit what city name is in front whether Oakland, Vegas, or Tim Buck Too. I know you do as well. We are FAMILY. Sometimes we get pissed at each other, but all brothers and sisters do that right?

GET YOUR PSA checked! I found out I had Prostrate Cancer in Dec of 2020. I had a Prostrateconomy in May 2021. The Doc said if I hadn't had the surgery I wouldn't make it to MAY 2023...here I am alive and well!!

My PSA results were normal every year since 1989. Here's where your PSA should be:

0-2.5: Normal for a man 40-50 yrs. 2.5-3.5: Normal for a man 50-60 yrs. 3.5-4.5: Normal for a man 60-70 yrs. 4.5-5.5: Normal for a man 70-80 yrs.

From normal in Oct 2019 to 7.5 in Oct 2021. It changed that much in one year. I had zero symptoms to indicate I had cancer...none. So you may feel great...it doesn't matter.

Anyway...this article is a plea with all of you to make an appt and get your PSA checked...it could SAVE YOUR LIFE and keep you around for your family and for a SUPER BOWL win by our RAIDERS!!!
