12:28 p.m.: The penalties have increased for NFL players who gamble on games.

12:03 p.m.: Former Raiders’ quarterback Derek Carr may not miss Sunday’s game after injuring his shoulder last week.


September 27

10:04 a.m.: SoFi takeover about to go down.

8:09 a.m.: The Raiders are signing veteran linebacker Malik Reed, 27, to the practice squad. He was cut by Miami in August after signing as a free agent.

7:35 a.m.: The Davante Adams rumors are already starting.

2:25 p.m.: The Raiders had some workouts Tuesday for tight ends.

11:46 a.m.: Former Raiders’ quarterback Derek Carr has not been ruled out of Week 4.

9:06 a.m.: The expected outcome. Bummer.

6:10 a.m.: It looks like the Chargers will be without standout receiver Mike Williams will miss Week 4 against the Raiders and possibly the rest of the season.

8:30 a.m.: Defensive end Isaac Rochell was signed from the practice squad to take the roster spot that opened when Chandler Jones went on the NFI list.

3:38 p.m.: The Rams traded running back Cam Akers to the Minnesota Vikings. The Raiders were reportedly interested.

9:36 a.m.: Josh Allen was honored for his performance against the Raiders on Sunday.


September 19

1:57 p.m.: The Raiders signed veteran linebacker Mykal Walker to the practice squad. He was recently cut by the Bears. He was a fourth-round pick by Atlanta in 2020 and started 12 games for the Falcons last season.

9;01 a.m.: Here are the nominees for election into the Pro Football Hall of Fame.

6:57 a.m.: Tom Brady will not officially became a part of the Raiders until October or December,


September 13

2:20 p.m.: The Raiders filled out their practice squad.

2:01 p.m.: The Panthers have signed cornerback Sam Webb off the Raiders’ practice squad, according to The Athletic and undrafted free agent guard McClendon Curtis is also reportedly gone (Seattle).

9:12 a.m.: Raiders’ receiver Jakobi Meyers is still in concussion protocol, according to ESPN. He was injured Sunday and the Buffalo game looming in four days.

2:08 p.m.: There is an interesting name available.

7:04 a.m.: The Injuries are piling up for the Raiders’ Week 3 opponent.


September 11

2:05 p.m.: The AFC West has one of its best players back.

1:52 p.m.: The Raiders brought back veteran defensive end Jordan Willis to the practice squad. The free-agent addition was cut last month. The Raiders need more depth at the position with the ongoing Chandler Jones saga.

1:02 p.m.: The Raiders won’t face key Pittsburgh defensive lineman Cam Heyward in Week 3.


September 8

2:38 p.m.: The Raiders worked out some punters Friday just for their files in case there is an injury at some point.

10:59 a.m.: Shots fired.


September 7

3:29 p.m.: Nothing changed with the Raiders’ practice report Thursday. Cornerback Brandon Facyson was the only Raiders’ player not to practice because of injury again. He has a shin injury. Receiver/returner DeAndre Carter was limited with a knee injury. And, yes, Chandler Jones is still away for personal reasons. While anything is possible, it would be surprising to see Facyson and Jones playing Sunday.

2:38 p.m.: Cornerback Brandon Facyson was the only Raiders’ player not to practice because of injury Wednesday. He has a shin injury. Receiver/returner DeAndre Carter was limited with a knee injury.

6:21 a.m.: Former Raiders’ defensive end Carl Nassib, who became the first active openly gay player in NFL player while with Las Vegas in 2021, has retired from the league.


September 5

1:37 p.m.: The Raiders have added wide receiver Keelan Cole to the practice squad, who was released at the end of training camp, and are releasing wide receiver Antoine Wesley.


September 4

4:22 p.m.: The Raiders brought interior offensive lineman Hroniss Grasu back on the practice squad and released guard Vitaliy Gurman off of it.


September 1

2:44 p.m.: The Las Vegas Raiders have announced their captains for the 2023 season; Jimmy Garoppolo, Davante Adams, Kolton Miller, Josh Jacobs, Marcus Epps, Maxx Crosby, Robert Spillane, AJ Cole and Daniel Carlson.
