I was adamant when we lost to the Colts last year that JMD is not a winning football head coach, and we should rip the bandaid off. I was adamant towards the end of the year, too many of the losses, and issues, pointed to lack of motivation, poor clock management, and decision making from our HC. I was willing to give him another year with more of his guys to prove me wrong, but we now look further away, plus, he still is making questionable decisions, and not adjusting well after halftime. We need to go in a new direction, and hire an innovative, or creative young mind. Ziegler should probably go as well, we have to start sooner, rather than putting ourselves in another drawn out pit of despair
