AGAINST THE GRAIN

Sunday it will a "home game" for the Raiders.

I have to say that this is a game that may decide the season for both franchises.

As much as I hate to say it, but I think the McDaniels experiment will crash and burn with this game.

The Chargers are ranked at the bottom in defense, but have a top shelf offense.

The Raiders have a stumbling offense and a much better defense than last season.

I'd be surprised Herbert doesn't throw for over 350 yards and they get five sacks on whoever is at QB.

As a Raider fan since 1965, I think Mark Davis should stop counting the billions he's sitting on and turn the franchise over to individuals that can turn this team around, be it better scouting, better coaches who can devise a full game plan, blah, blah, blah...we've all heard it for years now.

Look around the league at the teams that have surpassed the Raiders in the last five years, because something is not being consistently communicated somewhere, somehow and someway.

So, how do I see this Sunday's game:

RAIDERS: 23 CHARGERS: 45

I hate going against my team, but maybe negative thoughts and karma will shake-up the universe and change the Raiders season for the better.

Hmmm...what's up with that?

Doubt it, doubt it and doubt it.
